EV Mileage Tracker is a vehicle record-keeping app. The app does not require an account and does not sell personal data.
Vehicle names, charging sessions, odometer readings, preferences, calculated insights, and documents you add to the Documents wallet are stored in the app’s private storage on your device. EV Mileage Tracker does not upload this app data to our servers and does not use a cloud database, analytics service, or crash-reporting service.
Backup export is optional and initiated by you. A full backup can include your vehicle records, preferences, and Documents wallet files. On Android, you can protect a full backup with a password before choosing where it is saved or shared. An unencrypted export contains readable app data and documents. The destination you select is governed by that service’s privacy practices.
If Android backup or device transfer is enabled, Android may copy eligible app data, including Documents wallet files, through the backup service configured on your device. This process is controlled by Android and the selected backup provider, not by our servers.
The Android version displays banner advertising provided by Google AdMob and uses Google’s User Messaging Platform for consent and privacy choices. The iOS version does not display advertising.

This data is encrypted in transit. Available consent and privacy choices depend on your region and Google’s configured privacy messages. Where required, the Android app requests consent before requesting ads and provides a Privacy choices entry when Google indicates that it is required. You can also reset or delete the Android advertising ID through Android system settings.

EV Mileage Tracker does not use your locally stored app data for cross-app or cross-website tracking. Advertising data handled by Google is governed by your consent choices, Android settings, Google’s policies, and applicable law.
You control the vehicle records and documents stored in the app. You can delete records and Documents wallet files in the app. Removing the app removes its local data, although copies may remain in backups you created or in a backup service enabled on your device until you remove them there.
Advertising-data retention is controlled by Google under its policies and your Google/Android privacy settings.
EV Mileage Tracker is intended for adults who own, operate, or manage an electric vehicle. It is not directed to children.
If the app’s data practices change, this policy and the relevant app-store privacy disclosures will be updated before the change is released.
