Data Deletion

Indian Vaccination Tracker provides an in-app action for deleting the family's child profiles and vaccination records.

Delete all records

1. Open Indian Vaccination Tracker.
2. Open Settings and scroll to Delete all records.
3. Select Delete all records.
4. Review the warning and confirm with Delete.

This action deletes the family's local child profiles, vaccination records and unfinished setup, including the app's before-restore safety copies. With iCloud sync enabled, successful deletion first clears the vaccination record payload in the matching iCloud account's private CloudKit database and leaves a deletion marker. If cleanup fails, follow the message in the app and use Finish account cleanup if offered.

If setup is unfinished, return to the welcome screen and use Delete setup data or Delete setup and iCloud data when offered. Confirm with Delete.

Copies saved through Backup and export are yours to manage. Delete them separately in Files or wherever else you saved them. This action does not clear the app's separate support purchase history.

Turning off sync is different

Turning off iCloud sync does not delete vaccination records. This prevents a sync change from destroying the family's records. To include iCloud records in deletion, leave sync enabled and use the same iCloud account.

If the app is unavailable

Email ronnie.lazarus.dev@gmail.com for guidance. Do not email vaccination records or child details. Because private CloudKit data belongs to the user's iCloud account, support cannot directly inspect or retrieve it.
