Terms of Use

These terms apply to the use of Indian Vaccination Tracker.

Purpose of the app

The app helps parents and guardians record vaccination history and consult source-linked published schedules. It is a record-keeping and reference tool.

Indian Vaccination Tracker is not affiliated with or endorsed by IAP, U-WIN or the Government of India.

Not medical advice

The app does not diagnose, prescribe, determine individual eligibility, create a personal catch-up schedule or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Published schedules can change and may not account for a child's medical history, health condition, location or individual circumstances.

For urgent health concerns, contact local emergency services or an appropriate healthcare professional.

User responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing information entered into the app, correcting inaccurate records and confirming medical decisions with a qualified healthcare professional. Do not rely on the app as the sole copy of an official vaccination record.

Accounts and cloud services

Optional Sign in with Apple and iCloud features depend on services operated by Apple. Availability can be affected by network access, account status, device settings and service changes. The active iCloud account owns its private CloudKit records.

Privacy

Use of the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation or use it in violation of applicable law.

Availability and changes

Features, schedule references and these terms may be updated. Reasonable care is taken in maintaining the app, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
