Privacy Policy

Indian Vaccination Tracker is designed to keep a family's vaccination records private and under the user's control.

Information stored by the app

The app may store a child's name, birth date, selected reference schedule, vaccination products or components, administration dates, approximate-date indicators and related record details entered by the user. This information is used only to provide the app's record-keeping and schedule-reference features. For optional support purchases, the app stores the transaction ID, product ID and purchase date separately from vaccination records.

Local storage and iCloud

In local-only mode, records remain in protected storage on the iPhone. When optional iCloud sync is enabled, records are stored in the active iCloud account's private CloudKit database. Private CloudKit records are governed by Apple's terms and privacy practices.

Restoring private CloudKit records requires access to the same iCloud account.

iCloud sync

The app does not create a developer-managed account. Optional sync uses the active iCloud account on the device and does not request Apple profile information.

Tracking, advertising and analytics

The app does not track users across apps or websites, contain advertising or use a standalone analytics service.

Retention and deletion

Users can correct and delete individual records in the app. Use Settings > Delete all records and confirm with Delete to delete the family's local child profiles and vaccination records. With iCloud sync enabled, successful deletion clears the vaccination record payload in the matching private CloudKit database and leaves a deletion marker. Turning off sync does not by itself delete vaccination records. Copies saved outside the app and the app's separate support purchase history are not cleared by this action. Children's information

The app is intended for parents and guardians to maintain records. It is not designed for children to create accounts or provide information independently.

Security

The app uses protected local storage, platform Keychain facilities for the iCloud account identifier and Apple's private CloudKit database when sync is enabled. No storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the app's features or data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
