Privacy Policy

Indian Vaccination Tracker is designed to keep a family's vaccination records private and under the user's control.

Information stored by the app

The app may store a child's name, birth date, selected reference schedule, vaccination products or components, administration dates, approximate-date indicators and related record details entered by the user. This information is used only to provide the app's record-keeping and schedule-reference features.

Local storage and iCloud

In local-only mode, records remain in protected storage on the iPhone. When account sync is enabled, records are stored in the active iCloud account's private CloudKit database. Private CloudKit records are governed by Apple's terms and privacy practices.

Restoring private CloudKit records requires access to the same iCloud account.

Sign in with Apple

The app uses the stable Apple account identifier needed to maintain the app session. It does not request additional Sign in with Apple profile scopes.

Tracking, advertising and analytics

The app does not track users across apps or websites, contain advertising or use a standalone analytics service.

Retention and deletion

Users can correct and delete individual records in the app. The app's Delete All Data action is the method for deleting the local profile and, when available, the associated private CloudKit record. Signing out does not by itself delete vaccination records. See Data and account deletion for instructions.

Children's information

The app is intended for parents and guardians to maintain records. It is not designed for children to create accounts or provide information independently.

Security

The app uses protected local storage, platform Keychain facilities for the optional Apple session and Apple's private CloudKit database when sync is enabled. No storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the app's features or data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
