Data deletion

WristGlint has no developer-managed account or server-side battery database. Its battery snapshot, preferences and Watch label are stored on your devices.

Remove a local Watch label

In the iPhone app, tap the Watch summary to open Watch Details, then choose Remove local label. This removes the label you entered for that pairing; it does not delete battery readings or rename your Apple Watch.

Remove local app data

  1. Delete WristGlint from your Apple Watch using the Watch app list or Apple’s Watch app on your iPhone.
  2. On your iPhone, open Settings → General → iPhone Storage → WristGlint, then choose Delete App.
  3. Remove any remaining WristGlint complication from your watch face if you no longer want it there.

Use Delete App, not Offload App: offloading keeps the iPhone app’s documents and data. Removing only the watch-face complication does not delete the Watch app or its stored information.

Device backups

Deleting the app does not remove older device backups. Apple’s iCloud or computer backups may retain app information and restore it later. Manage those copies through Apple’s backup settings. The developer cannot access or delete your device backups.

Support correspondence

If you have emailed support and would like that conversation or its attachments deleted, contact ronnie.lazarus.dev@gmail.com from the email address used for the request. Do not send device credentials. Any legally required retention may still apply.
